Susanna Dillingham born 1732 the daughter of John Dillingham and Mehitable Gray.
According to the history:
"The above Benj. Freeman m. 1st Sarah, dr of Jno Dillingham of H. She joined the ch. in H. 1748; was b. Feb. 10, 1719-20, and d. "ae abt 60." His 2nd wife also a dr. of John Dillinghan, b. Feb. 23, 1731-32, who former husband was Elkanah Bangs, captured in the Rev. war on board a privateer, and d. 1777."

Elkanah born 1732 the son of Edward Bangs and Rebecca Doane.
ELKANAH BANGS, (FATHER OF DEAN BANGS,) who was in the privateer service of the Revolution; was taken prisoner with three of his neighbors, and died on board the Jersey prison ship at Wallabout Bay, New York, in July 1777. Aged 44 years, this CENOTAPH is respectfully dedicated by his great grandson Isaac Sparrow, son of Dean Bangs, who settled upon this farm in the year 1800.

Benjamin was born in 1717 to Benjamin Freeman & Temperance Dimmick.[1] [2] [3][4]
On March 15, 1737 or 8, he married Sarah Dillingham, daughter of John Dillingham of Harwich[2] [5].
Sarah died circa 1779[2]. Benjamin married second her niece, Susannah (Dillingham) Bangs, who was the widow of Elkanah Bangs who was on board a privateer when he was captured in the Revolutionary war, and died in 1777[2] [4]
Benjamin Freeman was made a constable in Harwich in 1748, and a selectman in 1770 for several yrs. He was a delegate to the convention at Salem, Feb. 1, 1775 ; and was usually prominent in public affairs.[2]
He died Dec. 10, 1786, at age 69. and was buried in the Old Burying Grouond in Brewster, Barnstable, Massachusetts[5] [4]. His will, which was dated March 15, 1786, and probated on Feb. 13, 1787, mentions his wife Susanna, his eldest, daughter Mary, grandson Watson, daughters Thankful Batey and Rebecca Atwood. His son-in-law Barnabas Atwood and Joseph Snow were the executors." The widow Susanna died April 18, 1788.[2]
