Susannah Martin Holman Long
Susanah Martin was born the daughter of Samuel Martin & Susanah Ridgeway. They are buried in Blue Ridge, Virginia.
Susanah was married to Isaac Holman on February 2, 1804 in Woodford County, Kentucky. Isaac was born 1780 Woodford County, Kentucky (unlikely, as the county wasn't settled until after the war - Versailles, the county seat was settled in 1785, and the county was finally formed in 1788) and died 1813 Kentucky buried in Woodford County, Kentucky. After Isaac death Susanah became 2nd wife of of William Long on September 2, 1816. William born 1769 Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He was widower of Massah Wheat. William and Massah were parents of 10 children and some of those came to Iowa. William Long died January 6, 1843 and is buried Bailey Cemetery near Bedford, Indiana. William and Susanah Long were parents of five children:
