n 1901 the family are in Devonport, Sidney Skinner aged 26 b. Bideford, Shoemaker Naval Barracks, b. Bideford, Emma, 28 b. Bideford, Lena, 4. Also a Willie Skinner, 18, b. Bideford Apprentice Boat Building, and an Ellen, aged 30, b. Bideford. (both of the latter are single)
