Sylvester Webb

Mr. Webb was born in Fulton. He was a retired blacksmith and welder with 20 years service with the Illinois Central Railroad. He retired eight years ago. He was a member of the Blacksmiths Union.

He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Webb; one daughter, Mrs. Billye Nace of Paducah; two brothers, Sidney Webb of Mayfield and Cecil Webb of Phoenix, Ariz.; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. David McMichael and Jim Cannon officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
