Notwithstanding the comments added by Daniel Levy in 2013, which have been left intact below, there is new record evidence which clarified the birth of Szerena Luczati. Her parents were indeed married in March of 1910, which initially made it seem unlikely that Szerena, the first-born, could have been born in 1910.
However, as it turns out, Szerena was indeed (as demonstrated by the birth record, attached to the profile) born not only that year, but in September 2 of that year, about six months after the wedding. It was impossible for a 3-month-premature infant to have survived in 1910, so the more likely explanation is the following:
The parents had a religious wedding in early January, then formalized the civil marriage 3 months later, in March, with the baby born a normal 9 months after the religious ceremony.

[THE COMMENTARY, BELOW, WAS ADDED BY DANIEL LEVY IN 2013]
From the wedding certificate attached to her parents, we know that they were wed on March 27, 1910, which will allow for SZERENA to be born at the very end of 1910. Yet in three documents at Yad Vashem, there are three different years of birth, 1910, 1912 and 1918. While at the same time two documents that I attribute to her sisters MAGDA and LILLI, say they were born in 1923 and 1927. I therefore tend to think that Szerena's DOB is probably 1912 or 1918.
