Biography

Talitha Kingsbury was born to Joseph Kingsbury and Ruth née Denison Kingsbury in October 1726 in Norwich, New London, Connecticut Colony, British Colonial America
She married Zacheas Waldo on 3 February 1746 in Windham, Connecticut.
Talitha's name is some times misspelled with a "B" instead of and "L" but her name is Talitha according to the Waldo Lincoln Genealogy. "Kingsbury" is the correct spelling of her last name.
Three of her about twelve children (Daniel is no. 10, and it's lovely that he lived a long time. It however, does not define his mother's life) are below, I listed the birth record of every child I could find (under sources,I got to nine but my head hurts 11/10))

Talitha and Zacheus's son Daniel Waldo was one of the very few Revolutionary War soldiers to be photographed later in life. One of his photos may be viewed at his Wiki profile

Talitha passed away in July of 1789 in Windham County, Connecticut, in the still new United States of America. She was 62.
