Teresita Flores

Teresita Flores is a Filipino lawyer. She was a delegate to the Constitutional Convention representing the third district of Albay in 1971. She served as Commissioner of the Commission on Elections from February 17, 1995 to February 15, 2001. He later served as Associate Justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines from March 15, 2004 to March 31, 2011.
