About The Rev. John Beaumont
Between 1539 and 1557 he surrendered all of his manors and goods to the Crown. He held the office of Master of the Rolls on 13 December 1550. In February 1552 he was imprisoned for forging the signature of Charles Brandon, Duke of Suffolk.
