Thelma L. Johnson

Mrs. Thelma Johnson, 81, of Marion, passed away Friday evening at Salem Springlake Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was a member of Barnett Chapel General Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Larry Johnson and his wife Gerri D. of Marion, KY; Carolyn Cessna and her husband Lee of Hansen, KY; and Bruce Johnson of Marion; one brother, Joe King of Nashville, TN; one sister, Louise Thomas of Marion, KY; four grandchildren, Brook Cox, Kyle Johnson, Joshua Polk, Megan Settle and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard H. Johnson; a brother, Willard Rudell King and her parents, Conrad and Louisa Myers King. Funeral services will be Monday, at 11AM, in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors with the Rev.'s Jimmy Porter and Herbert Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in White's Chapel Cemetery.
