Theo Schenkel (1964 - 1993)

Brief overview:

Theo (29), and his wife Mariaan (28), were attacked by three men armed with AK47’s on their Farm Donkerhoek east of Pretoria on 26th April 1993.They were attacked in their car in front of the house after he and his family had arrived home from church

Theo was shot in the chest, arm and leg, and died the following day. Mariaan was shot in the leg. The couples children, Johan (5), and Arina (6 months), were left unharmed.
