Quote from book: (Fayetteville Observer, 1838 "Died at his residence in this county on the 2nd, Mr. Theophilus Autry, in the 78th (sic) year of his age. Should be 68. He gave his friends the satisfaction evidence of his peace being made with God. 'Blessed are the dead that die in the Lord. ' ")
