Theophilus Leigh, of Longborough

Theophilus Leigh was born 1647, and died 10 FEB 1724/25. He was buried 19 FEB 1725 in Adlestrop, Gloucestershire. He married Mary Brydges on 28 NOV 1689 in Henry VII Chapel, Westminster Abbey, Westminster, Middlesex. He was the son of William Leigh and Joanna Pury.

DR 18/1/1448 - date: 1672 [from Scope and Content] Settlement dated 30 Sept 1672, between Theophilus Leigh of the Middle Temple esquire, and Elizabeth daughter and heir to Dame Elizabeth Craven, Thomas Chamberlayne of Oddington, and George Greenwood of Castleton, trustees. of messuages and yardlands in Addlestorpe.
