Living at home are Andrew 25 years coal miner, Robert 23 years coal miner, Jane 19 years general servant, David 15 years, Isabella 13 years, John 9 years and Thomas 9 years. John Blair is working as a coal miner.

Thomas married Olive Gibb Hare, she is said to be formerly Olive Gibb her parents name. She is said to have been a spinster. Thomas was a Lance Corporal with the 1st Argyle and Sutherland Highlanders M2971729. His address at the time of his marriage was Tidworth, Hants, England.

Later Thomas worked as a clerk. Recorded on Olive's death record.
