Property: The manors of Tamerton' Folyet and Warlegh' and 20 messuages, 3 acres of land and 40 acres of meadow in Tamerton' Folyet and Warlegh' in the county of Devon and the manor of Shapton' in the county of Dorset.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Thomas and Leva have acknowledged the manors and tenements to be the right of Robert, as those which Robert and Simon have of their gift, and have remised and quitclaimed them from themselves and the heirs of Leva to Robert and Simon and the heirs of Robert for ever.
Warranty: Warranty.
For this: Robert and Simon have granted to Thomas and Leva the manors and tenements and have rendered them to them in the court, to hold to Thomas and Leva and the heirs of the body of Leva, of the chief lords for ever.
