Witnesses: Benjamin Cooke, Alexander Walker, Claiborne W. Lawson, William Waters and Thomas Geers.

NOTE: The above John Cooke and Benjamin Cooke were brothers, sons of Thomas Cooke, Sr. and his wife, Mary Jones, daughter of Arthur Jones IV and Susanna King.
