He first married Elizabeth CARRE at Frittenden on 22 October 1564.

His second wife Joane ----- was buried at Frittenden on 21 May 1570. He inherited lands from his father in 1572 in Frittenden and Marden, County Kent. In 1573 Thomas was churchwarden at Frittenden.

His third wife was Margery -----, who was buried at Frittenden on 13 January 1584/5.

Thomas was buried at Frittenden on 25 Aug 1592. Most of his lands in Marden and Frittenden were given to his son Richard. Thomas and his first wife had a son (1560's-1571/2).

Thomas and Joane's children were: Joane (FOWLE) HALSWORTHE (1568-after 1632) and Richard FOWLE (1569-1631/2).   • To my daughter Joane Fowle 30 pounds at the age of twenty-two years,provided she discharge her brothers of an annuity given to her by hergrandfather, Richard Fowle, issuing out of my lands, and if she refuse, then she is to have but 5 pounds, to be paid in like manner.
  • To my daughter Marion Fowle 20 pounds in goods at the age of twenty-two years.
  • To Clemmens Fowle, my daughter, 20 pounds.
  • To Joane Fowle, my daughter, half my household stuff.
  • Residue to my son Richard Fowle, who is to be my executor.
  • My son Richard is to give bond for 200 marks to my son Francis Fowle,to pay the legacies of my daughters.
  • To my son Richard Fowle my lands in Marden and my tenement in Frittenden lying upon the den of Bubhuste, in the occupation of John Leede.
  • To Francis Fowle, my second son, at the age of twenty-four years, all my lands in Biddenden.
