Thomas Heath was born and christened on 9 January 1825 in Christian Malford, Wiltshire, the son of John Heath and Anne Little.
In 1841, Thomas was living with the family of Joseph Hull in Christian Malford.
In the December quarter of 1846, Thomas married Ann Barnfield.
The marriage was registered in Dursley, Gloucestershire.
At the time of the 1851 census, Thomas, recorded as a labourer, was in Gloucester, away from his family who were at Hawkesbury. He was a patient in the St. Owen Infirmary in Southgate Street.
He married Fanny Strange in the Dec quarter 1860 and the marriage was registered at Gloucester.
At the time of the 1861 Census, Thomas was working as an agricultural labourer in Green Street, Coaley, Gloucestershire.
Thomas and family arrived in Nelson, New Zealand on board the ship "Sir George Pollock" in 1861.
He passed away in 1875.
