After the decease of Mary my loving wife, I give unto Thomas Hickmott my son & his heirs, all that Messuage & 10 acres land with appurts., wherein I now dwell
I give all that my Messuage called Kettles with several pieces of land with appurts., in Horsmonden & Lamberhurst of ca.80 acres unto my son John Hickmott and his heirs, subject to charges for payment of the severall legacies
i.e. £100 unto Mary my daughter, now wife of Henry Styles, husbandmen of Horsmonden
unto Elizabeth my daughter, also £100 when 21
unto the said Thomas Hickmott my Son £50
I give unto Leonard Hickmott my son all that my messuage called Hodges alias Terry Merry with severall pieces of land of ca. 20 acres with appurts., subject to charge of said £50

Unto Anne my daughter, now the wife of John Martin, blacksmith of Brenchley an annuity from land near Pullens Hill called Gaskoins Field & the Great Tutchburys, & if she should die without heirs, the same unto my said sons Thomas & John, jointly equally divided

I give unto my said two sons Thomas & John jointly the 10 acres of land with appurts. lying on the other side of the way over against my dwelling house.
