- son MATHEW the land where I live 240 acres two negroes by the name of Jack and Mingo, one pair of English hand millstones one iron pott and one gun;
- daughter PATIENCE-negro boy called Peter;
- daughter ELIZABETH-one negro girle called Phyllis ;
- son THOMAS 140 acres of land known by the name of Villeage, one Negro Boy called Joe, one still and furniture one gun that is called mine and one Iron Pott ;
- daughter CATHERINE Dunkley one negro girl called Jane;
- granddaughter CATHERINE Joyner Two yews and lambs. (daughter of Alexander deceased);
