- I leave to my loving wife Sarah my dau. Mary til she shall arrive to the age of 17, but, if wife dies, dau. is left to her own disposal;
- I give to the child my wife now goes with, if it be a son, all my land, and in case it be a dau. I give all my land to my son Thomas;

Richmond County Court 2d of April 1719 - MORGAN to be taken into custody
Whereas this Court being informed that SARAH MORGAN, the Wife of THOMAS MORGAN, formerly SARAH PANNILL, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of THOMAS PANNILL, deced., has not returned a full and perfect Inventory of the deced.'s Estate. It is therefore ordered the Sheriff take THOMAS MORGAN and his Wife into custody and them safely keep till they enter into Bond with good and sufficient security for their appearance at the
next Court to answer the same
