"Funeral for Tom Edgin
The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Highland Cemetery conducted by Rev. Harney McGehee,
pastor of the Wood Memorial Church of Van Buren, who paid a fitting tribute ot the deceased, saying that he was a
man who lived the golden rule.
Mr. Edgin was 59 years of age, was born in the vicinity of Ozark and spent his life here. He was an industrious, hard
working man until a few years ago when his health began to fail. Upon the advice of physicians he was removed to
the hospital for nervous diseases at Little Rock, about ten days berore his death, where he passed away at 6:30, July
15th.
His remains arrived at Ozark Friday and were conveyed to the home, north of town, and later placed in a handsome
