About Deacon Thomas Randall, Jr.

Thomas was born about 1673. Thomas Randall ... He passed away about 1752.[1] [2] ______ Thomas settled in Taunton North Purchase with his father and brothers in 1695. He took up 30 acres of land in what became North Easton, MA, land that included the future site of Ames Shovel Company. He built a sawmill there in 1720 and did a "good deal of business". During the early years of Easton he was the largest property owner in the town. He was a deacon in the churth, a tythingman, and precinct clerk.

Thomas Randall of Easton, Bristol Co., Massachusetts wrote his Will on 03 Dec 1746. His Will mentioned beloved wife Hannah. Sons: Thomas, John, Robert and Samuel. Daughters: Rachel ?HERNE? (is clearly "Sterns" or Stearns) and Hannah PRATT. [3]

It went to Probate Court on July 1752.
