About Thomas Saint Leger
In 1423 Thomas Seinleger, man at arms fought in Gascony , he was living in 1434 and was the heir of his brother John. In 1423 a Thomas St. Leger took action against a William Parker and Margaret his wife. The object of their litigation was the Manor of Stonlyncke in Sussex, and the manor of Orlaston in Kent. Stonlncke had formed part of the Manor of Fairligh which had belonged to the oldest branch of the St. Leger family since the 11 Century
