Thomas Stebbins was the son of Thomas Stebbins and Hannah Wright, and the husband of 1) Abigail Munn; and 2) Mary Day. He served in King Philip's War and participated in Turner's Falls Fight under Capt. William Turner.

This is likely the Thomas Stebbins who was fined, along with 5 other young men, in 1664 for "fast riding." The fine was paid with one shilling to the Informer and the rest to the town of Springfield. Thomas was the builder, in 1679, of the first schoolhouse in Springfield, MA. In his will, no sons were mentioned, and his property was left to three daughters.

DEATH: Famous Political US Leaders has death on December 17. Thomas Stebbins was the son of Thomas Stebbins and Hannah Wright and the husband of 1) Abigail Munn and 2) Mary Day. He served in King Philip's War and participated in Turner's Falls Fight under Capt. William Turner.

His stone was relocated from Elm Street Cemetery, stone gone.

In his will he mentions no sons and leaves his property to his three daughters.
