Thomas A. Weiss, age 66 of Nevis and formerly of Monticello, passed away at Mayo Clinic in Rochester on Wednesday December 10, 2014. Visitation will be Monday December 15, 2014 from 930 AM to 11 AM at St Henry Catholic Church, 1001 East 7th Street, Monticello. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM with Fr. Tony VanderLoop officiating. Private interment. Funeral arrangements are with the Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello.

Tom was born on February 16, 1948 in St. Cloud to Al and Eleanora (Kuechle) Weiss. He worked in the black top industry most of his life. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping and loved to spend time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; son Bradley; and sister Kathy.

Tom is survived by his wife, Colleen; daughters Stephanie (Scott) Gretsch of Clear Lake, Lara (Justin) Bergstrom of Henning, Erin Weiss of Henning; 9 grandchildren Kaitlyn, Sara and Ben Gretsch, Emmalynn, Peyton and Addison Bergstrom, Anaya, Callie and Caleb Weiss; siblings Joseph (Pat) Weiss, Stan Weiss and Mary (Denis) Leyendecker.
