Thomas, son of William Williams and Alice, was born at Great Yarmouth, Norfolkshire, England about 1630.[1]
He married about 1654, Elizabeth Bliss, who died at Boston, 30 Apr 1659 (or 20 Apr 1658).
He married his second wife, Ann (surname unknown) who was born in 1639 at Boston, Suffolk County, MA, in 1660 at Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

Feb. 26, 1655, Abraham Williams for himself, his mother, his brother and brother's wife, were notified in Watertown, MA concerning Swine. This would indicate that Thomas was married and living in Watertown in 1655.[2]
Thomas resided in the Boston area at the time of his death, caused by the accidental falling of tackling on a sloop at Boston. Case #1270, Supreme Court Rec. of Boston contained ten paper in connection with his death, the verdict being "Careless Murder". In her petition the widow states, "Ye poore petitioner being left in her widowhood estate and condition with four children, being destitute of a livelihood and brought to great distress."[1]
He died at sea in 1673, caused the accidental falling of "Tackling" on a sloop at Boston.[1]
