Thomas Winslow was born on 5 July 1729 at Freetown. He was the son of Jonathan Winslow and Sarah Kerby.

Thomas Winslow married Lydia Terry, daughter of Benjamin Terry and Margaret Holloway, on 17 January 1765 at Freetown.

A descendant of Kenelm WINSLOW.

He had married 1st in Dighton on 18 Sep 1749 and Freetown in 1749 to Mary HOAR.
