Mazoe, Mashonaland, Southern Rhodesia
Buried at Simoona Estate
Tiny and her stillborn sibling were buried at the bottom of the garden of the main family home at Simoona. There was also another grave there - of an adult - which the family believe was that of Peter Steven du Plooy, even though his death certificate indicates he was intended to be buried at Sinoia.
This information was provided by the granddaughter of Peter Steven du Plooy. She recalls seeing three graves at the end of the garden and her mother, Sally (the daughter of Peter du Plooy), confirmed they were for twins (her siblings) that had died at birth and also for her father.
