About Tomás Oppus
Tomás Oppus was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the second district of Leyte at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 6, 1922 to June 2, 1931, before moving to the third district of Leyte where he served from June 2, 1931 to September 16, 1935. He later represented the same area at the National Assembly from September 16, 1935 to December 30, 1941. Lastly, he represented the same area at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 11, 1945 to May 25, 1946.
