frank was the third son of mary oneill neville and frank m oneill tuskers father was a stationary store owner they had a shop on granville street in downtown halifax . The older brothers were maurice oneill who had died in the war he was an airman that flew planes from africa to nassau that were broken in the war effort of ww 2. franks oldest brother was a graduate from technical college of nova scotia and after the war became a jesuit priest .frank had an older sister trisha oneill who had worked her hole life as a libraryan. franks younger sister margie was married to don haliburton had five children pat ,bill,bettyann,donny,arther-john(aj). last in the family is tom oneill he married and had 7 children tommy,johnscott, judy ,danny nancy shawn and james . tusker was an avid sportsman he was scotted by the toronto maple leafs when he was 17 he curled golfed fished and played tennis amoung other things he had three children jaine neville and stew he married leah tremain the only child of fred and beuleah tremain
