Biography

Uriah was born in 1705. He passed away in 1792.

He married first, Urania Paine, and second, Hannah Whipple, widow of William Arnold and daughter of Job Whipple.

He was a Revolutionary War veteran who served in either the First or Second Rhode Island Regiments

Uriah is buried at Uriah Mowry Lot, Burrillville, Providence, RI.

His will is dated 27 September 1787 and proved on 20 February 1792 in Smithfield, Rhode Island.[1] His date of death, 6 February 1792 is recorded in the heading of his inventory which was taken on 20 February 1792.[1]
