This shows the valley overlook of the private property where Valentine's husband, Edward Eugene Timmons, had his ashes scattered by Jim Timmons on horseback in 1963. Edward's family was standing there on the overlook as Jim went riding by below.

Seven years later in 1970, Valentine Modena Lattin Timmons, Edward's wife, also had her ashes scattered here when she died.

Edward and his wife Valentine are remembered fondly by family and friends and they will never be forgotten.

This military grave marker is Edward's marker, and it reads:
[cross symbol centered at top]
"EDWARD E TIMMONS

WORLD WAR I

Private Property, Valley Overlook

Note: This photographer was graciously escorted by Jim Timmons to this private place for the purpose of taking this overlook photograph and a photograph of Edward's grave marker.
