About Valentine Ware, Jr.
Valenetine Ware, Jr held land in King and Queen County, VA in 1704. (VA Magazine Vol 32, page 144-168.)
According to the report in the Wilder-Ware Familes, Page 706, he was granted 600 acres of land in King and Queen County in 5/2/1705. He and his brothers, Edward and John, served a Vestryman of the Stratton Major Church in King and Queen County between 1729 and 1739.

(NOTE: A few years later Tuckahoe Creek was to become the dividing line between Goochland and Henrico Counties.

Valentine Ware, Jr. (1680 New Kent Co., VA or Before c1731 Stratton Major Parish, King and Queen Co., VA) m. Sarah Leigh d/o William Lea and Mary Green, Vestryman, SM 1729-31. A Valentine Ware appeared on the 1704 Quit Rent Rolls with 478a; it is unknown if this was Valentine Ware Sr. or Valentine Ware Jr. Valentine Ware was a Vestryman from 1729 to 1731, and it is inferred in the Vestry Books that he died in 1731.
