J. C. Vaughn

J. C. Vaughn, age 83, a resident of Cleveland, passed away early Monday morning in a Chattanooga Hospital. Mr. Vaughn was the son of the late Mae Davis Vaughn and Jack Vaughn. His sister, Mary Faye Young and his brothers, Roy Lee Vaughn and Johnny Vaughn also preceded him in death. Mr. Vaughn was employed with Cleveland Chair and he was an avid fisherman. He attended the Baptist Church.Survivors include his niece, Melva S. Bryson and her husband William of Cleveland. Several more nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great great nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends at Orange Grove also survive.The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Wednesday morning at 11:00 from the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with the Reverend J. C. Cagle officiating. Interment will follow in the Fort Hill Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 P. M. Tuesday at the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes who has charge of the arrangements
