Vicente Francisco
Born in Cavite, Cavite on July 19, 1891, son of Bibiano Francisco and Josefa Santos; obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1914 from the Escuela de Derecho, Manila; took courses in Mercantile Law, Procedure and Evidence in the United States; was Dean of the College of Law, University of Manila; delegates to the Constitutional Convention from the District of Cavite. In 1934; Owner and President of the East Publishing Company, Inc. President Lawyer’s League of the Philippines and Editor, Lawyers League Journal. He is recognized writer on legal topic. A Roman Catholic.
