About Vicente Sinco

Vicente Sinco was a Filipino lawyer and educator. He served as Commissioner of the Office of Foreign Relations from 1945 to 1946. He later founded Foundation College (later Foundation University) on July 4, 1949. He went to become the President of the University of the Philippines from 1958 to 1962. He was a delegate to the Constitutional Convention representing the first district of Negros Oriental in 1971.
