About Vicente Singson Encarnación
Vicente Singson Encarnación was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the first district of Ilocos Sur at the Philippine Assembly from October 16, 1907 to October 30, 1913. He became a member of the Philippine Commission on October 30, 1913. He later represented the first district at the Senate of the Philippine from October 15, 1916 to June 6, 1922. He was a delegate of the Constitutional Convention representing the first district of Ilocos Sur in 1934.
