Victoria Frances Behan-Randall

Victoria is the mother of notable Arizona Pioneer, Albert P. Behan, a US Customs Inspector. She is also the former wife to John H Behan one time Cochise County Sheriff, and Yavapai County Sherriff and Legislature.

Victoria is also the mother of Henrietta Behan who is buried near by.
