Virginia Oteyza-de Guia was a Filipino politician. She served as councilor of Baguio City from 1940 to 1941 and again in 1945; vice mayor of the same city from July 20, 1946 to January 14, 1952, with the exception of her role as acting mayor from July 20, 1946 to July 30, 1946, from November 7, 1949 to March 31, 1950, on August 15, 1950, and from January 12, 1952 to January 14, 1952.
