Will of William Bartlett bequeathed to Harry Bartlett the land and plantation on which William lived consisting of 207 acres, but giving his widow, Susanna, the free use of plantation with wood land and horse for her life. He also confirmed that land and personal property previously lent or given to be their possessions. Remainder of estate was lent to his widow, Susanna, during her life and at her death was to be divided among their five children: Thomas Bartlett, William Bartlett, Harry Bartlett, Ann (Bartlett) Montague & Isabelle (Bartlett) Graves and their legal representatives to them and their heirs or assignees forever.
