William, was born about 1684 [1] or abt. 1689[2] to Alexander Beall and first wife (name unknown).[2][3] He is listed as a child of Alexander by Donna Russell [1] According to Russell, "Alexander's children by his unidentified first wife were born in the 1680-1700 period." [1]

William's birth date was given as 1700 by Fielder M. M. Beall [4] based on Prince George's County deposition, however that information has been re-assigned to William of William, Immigrant; Russell's earlier dating works better with remaining data.

1712 Marriage to Elizabeth Magruder

By 15 May 1712 he married Elizabeth (Magruder) Beall, d/o Col. Samuel Magruder and Sarah Bell and widow of Ninian Beall, Jr.[2]
