About William Henry Boettger
Boettger, William Henry, son of Fred and Leah (Scheell) Boettger, was born near Mildmay, Ont., May 9, 1890; died at Kingman, Alta., March 18, 1963; aged 72 y. 10 m. 9 d. On Dec. 23, 1913, he was married to Lydia Wideman, who survives. Also surviving are 5 sons (Edgar, Harold, Marvin, Eldon, and Orvin), 21 grandchildren, 5 brothers (Dan, Ed, Milton, Sam, and Dave), and 4 sisters (Mrs. Etta Eickemier, Rosetta-Mrs. Ed. Flin, Mrs. Luella Bowman, and Emma). One brother, one sister, and one infant grandson preceded him in death. He was a member of the Salem Church, where funeral services were held March 21, in charge of M. D. Stutzman and Paul Voegtlin.
