GEDCOM Note
William Castle and Janey Burleson had all their children with the exception of Martha In Montgomery county North Carolina. Ritty died in infancy. They moved to Mississippi in 1834 settling approximately one mile east of Bellefontaine. Three or four years after they had settled in this county, William lost five or six horses. he set out on foot and found them at his old home near Salisbury, N.C. William and Janey were charter members of North Union Methodist church where he is buried.
