Probate: His estate was probated. PROB 11/571/71, of Inner Temple proved 4/11/1719, provided for ‘natural son William now at nurse at Shoreham’ – at 21 otherwise on his earlier death for sister Mary of Smith Street, Westminster. I think he might have been admitted to Middle Temple but that has yet to be confirmed.

The natural son was William born 1717, and who died in 1773, so he did inherit. The sister of William the elder (the one who made this Will) was Mary (who married ISAACSON).
Mary (Mrs ISAACSON) got all her money from her mother Elizabeth CULLING who died after long after her son (William the edler) and who made her only sutviving child (Mrs ISAACSON) her sole heir.
See Elizabeth's page for where her money came from.
