To all People to whom these presents shall Come, We Willm and Jane Makenne do Send Greeting. Know ye that we thus: Willm and Jane Makenne of the Parish of Copley in ye County of Westmoreland for and in Consideration of Love and good Will affection &c. we have towards our Loving Sons Garrard, John, and Daniel Makeney Have Given Granted and by these presents do freely clearly and asolutly Give and Grant unto ye aforesaid: Garrard, John, and Daniel Makenne their Heirs for Ever Lawfully begotten two hundred acres of Land and ye Plantation whereon We now Live to be equally Divided betwixt my aforesaid Sons Garrard, John, and Daniel With those presents We have Delivered the aforesaid two hundred Acres of Land and Plantation to our aforesaid Sons and their Heirs Lawfully Begotton for Ever. Should one of my aforesaid Sons Die without Lawfull Heir that part Possessed shall be Equally Divided betwixt ye other two. Should two Dye without Heir ye aforesaid Land shall be Inherited by him or his Heir that is Living for Ever. We also give free privilege to Either of our aforesaid sons to Sell, Morgage or Bargin that part of Land they are possessed with to each other their Heirs &c. In Witness whereof We William and Jane Makenny have Reason to set Our hands and Seals this 29 Day of March in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred & thirty two.
