An Eik to the previously confirmed testament and inventory of William Murray of Touchadame and Polmaise was given up by his daughter Janet Murray on 4 June 1573. Her mother Agnes, acting as the executrix nominated by her deceased husband, had omitted to mention a debt of £200 which was owed to him by: "umqle Margaret Aytoun relict of umqle James Cunnyghame of Polmais westir".
