About William Peregoy
William Peregoy, son of Joseph & Elizabeth (Wheeler) Peregoy, was born 24 July 1752 and died 1 Sept. 1820. He was married 7 April 1776, to Henrietta Parks, (daughter of William & Elenor Parks), born 22 May 1756 and died 1 Sept. 1820. William bought land from his father 15 Oct 1787, a tract called "Union", 66 acres for L30. This land touched on "Constance's Persuasion.", one of three parcels sold by William Wheeler, his grandfather, to Joseph Peregoy, his father, in 1754. This was on "North side of Western Run of Gunpowder Falls.
