William Ralph Eubank was born April 9, 1898 in Paris, Lamar County, Texas, son of William "Will" Tarence Eubank and Lovica "Vicie" (Grinstead) Eubank. He attended Paris public schools and was a World War II veteran. He became known as "Ralph".

In 1944, he married Jewel (Parchman) Ferguson, her second marriage, in Hugo, Oklahoma, and became stepfather to her son, Bobby Ferguson. He was manager of the City Steam Laundry in Paris until his retirement in 1974. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Paris, serving as a trustee of the church and was former president of the L. C. Johnson Sunday School Class.

By 1979, his family had grown to include 3 grandchildren; Alice, Robin and Brett, and 2 great-grandchildren.

On Tuesday, December 11, 1979 in Paris, TX, Ralph Eubank, age 81 of 1968 Culbertson St., died in a local hospital. Funeral services were held in Paris on Thursday morning at Fry and Gibbs Funeral Chapel with Dr. James Semple presiding. Members of his Sunday School class sat in a reserved section during the funeral service. Interment was in Meadowbrook Gardens Cemetery, 3 miles SE of Paris, Lamar County, Texas.

THE PARIS NEWS, December 1979: "Ralph Eubank, 81, of 1968 Culbertson St., died Tuesday, Dec. 11, in a local hospital.

Funeral services were held Thursday morning in Fry and Gibbs Funeral Chapel with Dr. James Semple officiating. Interment was in Meadowbrook Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Eubank was born in Paris on April 9, 1898, son of Mr. and Mrs. Will Eubank. He attended Paris public schools and was manager of the old City Steam Laundry until his retirement in 1974. He was a veteran of World War II. He married Jewel Ferguson in 1944 in Hugo, Okla.
Mr. Eubank was a member of the First Baptist Church, having served as a trustee of that church and also a former president of the L. C. Johnson sunday School Class.
Members of that class sat in a reserved section at the furneral home.
Survivors include his wife; one son, Bobby Ferguson of Dallas; three grandchildren, Alice Albertellie of Richardson, Robin Ferguson of Tulsa, Okla., and Brett Ferguson of Dallas; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were L. C. Johson, Barney Hudgens, John Crain, Claude Moore, Ralph Smith and J. D. Williams."
