Emigrated to Australia in 1837 William Rayner sailed from London, England on the "Resource" Mastered by William Boyle on the 15 February 1837. They sailed as Steerage passengers. and Arrived in Port Jackson (Sydney) on the 24th June 1837.
Note: Newspapers vary in the passengers named; none of them have children for "Mr and Mrs Rayner", although "Mr and Mrs Reynard" had 6 children. Do we know if it's William and James Rayner? Anyone got any paperwork for this?

(Following article copied from...?)
"William sailed to Australia with his brother James and their wives and children. They joined their brother Samuel who had previously arrived as a Convict. At the time when they arrived Samuel Rayner was assigned to William Cox, Windsor. The two familes found work with the Cox family as well and when Samuel's pardon came through they followed the Cox family to the Mudgee area and pioneered the land there."

According to the information on Geni above:
William Raynar (sic) who died 1879 Mudgee, was recorded as the son of William and Mary A, not John and Sarah. Is that the correct death?
Samuel Rayner, William's brother on Geni above; Death 1869/4804 Mudgee; Raynor (sic), Samuel, son of John.
James Rayner, another brother on Geni above; Death 1886/11600 Mudgee; Rayner, James, son of James.
So three 'brothers' (William, Samuel and James) died with fathers' names William, James and John. Anyone checked death certificates?
