Obit William M. Skinner, aged 88 years, died at his home in Milanville Sep. 22, 1918. He was the son of John and Charity Calkin. His wife was Clarissa Young of Smith Hill, PA, and has been dead many years. He is survived by an only son, William J., and one sister Mrs. Oscar Bats of Oeonta; also by 5 grandchildren - Mrs. Thomas Meade of Binghamton, Mesdames Edward Page and Raymond Palmer of Brisben, NY and William and Arthur Skinner, who are in the service in France.
